McConachie Stedman have created this Privacy Policy and Collection Statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. McConachie Stedman are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles. If McConachie Stedman are required by law to release information about you or your organization they must fully cooperate. We will advise you where any information is provided under these conditions.

Collection of Information

The personal information which you provide to McConachie Stedman is used for the following purposes:-

  • To prepare Cash Flow Statements for banks or financial institutions
  • To provide information to Centrelink or any other Government Department

  • Computer network and all personal computers are protected by passwords which are changed on a regular basis.
  • Firewall to protect electronic information
  • Virus protection software which is updated regularly
  • Controlled access to the premises
  • Computer back-up tapes are stored securely away from the premises

McConachie Stedman does not release any personal information, except as required by law, to any third party without the consent of the client.

Access or  Correction of Information Held

You may gain access to your information at any time by contacting your accountant or by contacting us via mail, fax or email.

You also have the right to request that we adhere to any corrections or updates to your information that you may supply to us.
