Clients accessing the Secure Client Login area of our website will notice the change in the 'Documents Area', as shown below, due to an software upgrade installed last night.
Enhanced Usability & Functionality
You will now benefit from enhanced usability and functionality when accessing your files in the Secure Client Area:
It is easy to get around with a multilevel folder structure, enabling you to expand and retract folders and documents.
There is a 'NEW' folder which displays all documents that haven't been opened. This makes it easy for you to see what documents are new and unread.
You can now see the file name, the location where it is saved, the date it was modified and the file size.
You can access multiple viewing options including the 'Details, List and Icon view.
You can search for a file within an area or folder using the search box provided.
