Flexibility and Support

We know that our people are our most important asset, and recognise that each of our team members are trying to achieve a different work life balance. This underpins our flexible work arrangements and support initiatives. Currently around 30% of our team members have a flexible work arrangement to meet their career, study, family and other commitments.
