Flexibility and Support
We know that our people are our most important asset, and recognise that each of our team members are trying
to achieve a different work life balance. This underpins our flexible work arrangements and support initiatives. Currently around 30% of
our team members have a flexible work arrangement to meet their career, study, family and other commitments.
We consider the following types of flexible arrangements:
Staggered full-time hours
Remote work and hybrid opportunities
In addition to our flexible arrangements, we endeavor to support all of our team members in their ongoing career, study and family needs and
understand that balancing work and family is not always easy.
At McConachie Stedman we:
Offer flexible parental leave
Provide flexibility and support around University and other study commitments
Provide flexible return to work arrangements following an absence (e.g. parental leave or injury) including
remote work options
